1 To You behooves praise, O Elohim, in Zion, And to You shall be paid the vow in Jerusalem. 2 O Hearer of prayer, Unto You all flesh shall come. 3 When matters of depravity have mastery over us, Our transgressions, You Yourself shall make a propitiatory shelter for them. 4 Happy is he whom You are choosing and are bringing near; He shall tabernacle in Your courts. We will be surfeited with the goodness of Your House, The holiness of Your Temple. 5 By fear inspiring deeds, shall You answer us in righteousness, O Elohim of our salvation, The Trust of all the ends of the earth and the sea afar, 6 Establishing the mountains by His vigor, Being belted with mastery, 7 Becalming the tumult of the seas, The tumult of their billows and clamor of the national groups. 8 And the dwellers of the ends shall fear because of Your signs; The breaking forth of the morning and evening You shall cause to be jubilant. 9 You will supervise the land and shall make it flourish; Much shall you enrich it. The rillet of Elohim will fill with water. You shall provide their grain, for thus shall You prepare it. 10 You will soak its furrows and settle its slashes; With showers shall You soften it; Its sprouting shall You bless. 11 You will crown the year with Your goodness, And Your rounds shall drip with richness. 12 The oases of the wilderness shall drip richly, And with exultation the hills shall be girded. 13 The meadows will be clothed with the flock, And the vales, they shall droop with cereal grain. They shall raise a joyful shout! Indeed, they shall sing!
