1 Thus says Yahweh Elohim to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I hold fast, to sway over nations before him, and the waists of kings will I unloose, to open the doors before him, and the gates shall not be closed. 2 I, I will go before you, and mountains will I level. Doors of copper will I break, and bars of iron will I hack down. 3 And I give to you treasures of darkness. And those buried in concealment will I open for you, that you may know that I, Yahweh Elohim, calling you by your name, am the Elohim of Israel. 4 On account of My servant Jacob, and Israel, My chosen, I am calling to you by your name. I am titling you, yet you do not know Me. 5 I am Yahweh Elohim, and there is none else. There is no Elohim except Me. I am belting you, yet you do not know Me. 6 That they may know, from the rising of the sun and from the west, that there is a limit apart from Me. I am Yahweh Elohim, and there is none else. 7 Former of light and Creator of darkness, Maker of good and Creator of evil. I, Yahweh Elohim, made all of these things. 8 Drip, you heavens, from above, and the skies shall distil righteousness. The earth shall open, and it shall bud salvation. And righteousness shall sprout together with it, I, Yahweh, create it. 9 Will anyone contend with his Former? The earthenware with the ceramists? Is the clay saying to its potter, "What are you making?" And your contrivance, "No hands has he"? 10 Will anyone say to a father, "What are you begetting?" Or to a woman, "With what are you travailing?" 11 Thus says Yahweh Elohim, the Holy One of Israel, and its Former, "What is arriving?" you ask Me. Yet concerning My sons and concerning My daughters, and concerning your contrivance of My hands are you instructing Me! 12 I, I made the earth, and I created humanity on it. I, My hands stretched out the heavens, and all their host I instruct. 13 I, I rouse him in righteousness, and all his ways am I straightening. He shall build My city, and My deportation he will let go, not for a price, and not for a bribe, says Yahweh of hosts. 14 Thus says Yahweh of hosts, The labor of Egypt, and the merchandise of Ethiopia, and the Sabeans, mortals of exceptional measure, shall pass over to you and become your servants. After you shall they go. In manacles shall they pass. And to you shall they prostrate, and to you shall they pray: Yea, among you is the El, and no one else is the limit of the Elohim. 15 Surely, You, El, are concealing Yourself, the Elohim of Israel, a Saviour. 16 They are ashamed and even confounded, all of them together. And they go into confounding, artificers of forms. 17 Israel is saved by Yahweh, with a salvation eonian. They shall not be ashamed nor confounded for future eons. 18 For thus says Yahweh, Creator of the heavens; He is the Elohim, and Former of the earth, and its Maker, and He, He established it. He did not create it a chaos. He formed it to be indwelt. I am Yahweh, and there is none else. 19 Not in concealment do I speak, in a place of the earth that is dark. I did not say to the seed of Jacob, Seek Me in a chaos! I, I, Yahweh, am speaking righteousness, telling that which is upright. 20 Convene and come! Close yourselves and arrive, delivered of the nations! They do not know, those carrying the wood, their carving, and praying to an el who is not a saviour. 21 Tell, and bring them close. Indeed, they shall consult together. Who announced this from aforetime? Hitherto, Who told it? Not I, Yahweh? And no one else is Elohim, apart from Me. An El, just, and a Saviour. And none is there, except Me. 22 Face to Me and be saved, all the limits of the earth, for I am El, and there is none else. 23 By Myself I swear. From My mouth fares forth righteousness, and My word shall not be recalled. For to Me shall bow every knee, and every tongue shall acclaim to Elohim." 24 Yea, in Yahweh, He says to me, is righteousness and strength. Unto Him shall come all ashamed, who are hot against Him. 25 In Yahweh shall they be just, and in Elohim all the seed of Israel shall boast.
